Summary

Amomg the Imposters by Margaret Peterson Haddix 

 Luke is having a hard time saying his fake name, Lee Grant. Lee Grant is a someone that died but gave their identity to an illegal child that needed it. Luke is also having a hard time at his new school, standing up for himself. He doesn't defend he's right to sit where ever he wants at lunch or to have decent food. His roommates are making fun of him and making him look dumb.

Mood.

In my book Among the Impostors, I think the author wants us to feel extiment because Luke is the third "illegal" child because each family can only have 2 children. Luke was going to go to a school for boys and be able to walk freely and Mr.Hawkins was risking himself by helping Luke. Once Luke entered the school he got introuble and got 4 demerits because he wanted to talk. Overall, I think the point of the book is to feel exited for what he is going to expirience in his new school.

mood

In the book Divergent it made me feel exited in a way because there's so much action and suspense. There is so much action and suspense when they take desicions.

Dead Girls Don't Lie

First, Jaycee finds out her ex best friends Rachel got shot. Before Rachel got shot her and Jaycee haven't been friend since a couple months back. The same night Rachel got shot Jaycee got kissed by her crushes brother, Skyler Cross. At the same moment Rachel got kissed was the last time she heard from Rachel via text. Next, the last time Jaycee got the text was moments before Rachel got killed. Jaycee went to the lake with Claire and Taylor later that week to try to forget the guilt she felt about ignoring her that night. Claire did a snotty comment about Rachel and Jaycee got mad that she left and went in the lake and she kept swimming and swimming until she was in the other side of the lake. Last, a boy named Eduardo "saved" Jaycee in a way and gave her a message that Rachel left and it gave her a clue to what happened.

Divergent

So far, Beatrice got the result of her being identified as a Divergent and she is contemplating between where to go. The ceremony is coming up soon, Caleb  and Beatrice are nervous. Caleb chooses erudite and Beatrice is up soon , Beatrice is deciding to stay in Abnegation but  Caleb knows what she is thinking and he agrees with it.

From the looks of the cover, it looks like the book can be about action or experience. I think the book can be about that because there's fire in the front cover and that can mean action in a way, and there's a quote on the top of the book "One choice can transform you" meaning that whatever choice you choose can bring you to new experiences. What I've read so far is that, Beatrice took the aptitude test to determine in what factions she belongs in. After, she took the test , the results were unusual. Instead of ending up with one fraction, she ended with three factions. Abnegation, Dauntless, and Erudite, and people who get those results are called "Divergent".
